My HCG comes in a glass vial(the ones you break their top off). Each vial contains 1500IU in powder form. Along with it, you get normal saline 1ml to mix it.
Now, my question is this: could I mix the two together in a 5ml syringe, and then draw another 4 ml of sterilized normal saline (so a total of 5) and then back load them into another syringes so I have 5 300IU dosages? I intend to keep them in the fridge.
Well I don’t see why not, your maths is correct.
I would be safe and use benzyl alcohol to make bacteriostatic water rather than simple saline. It may help preserve it as well as keep it clean.
