That’s hardly fair, hes a step ahead of most newbies if he’s coming in here looking for a routine instead of posting some garbage 3x12 5-day split**.
What are your goals? If you want to get bigger and stronger, you probably would benefit greatly from either one of these:

It may not have been fair but it has been suggested to jcobrey27 in a previous thread to read the stickies in the beginnerï¿½??s forum for a starting reference, which have plenty of information and programs for beginners. I just don’t think that he is heeding the advice of others.
