as the title says I took some time off from lifting
just wondering what you guys think I should be running for a program to get back into it
was thinking bout running the cube as I ran it for a bit last year
was thinking either running the cube or maybe 5/3/1 havent quite decided
Either one will work. Flip a coin.
Kinda comes down to personal preference, you will see results if you stick to both of them for sure. Would you rather alternate your heavy days with rep days and speed days, or have a more progressive overload like 5/3/1 then deload?
Personally I like the cube a little better and have made some variations of it to work better for myself
