Have You Tried Berardi's Massive Eating?


im looking for input from people who have tried it. did you like it? it calls for way more calories than other plans do and lots more protein.

also theres a typo on where he says 50%C 25%P 15%F. that doesnt equal 100.


I've tried it. I followed it strictly for 3 months and put on a solid 20 lbs with an extremely fast metabolism so that is an outstanding gain for me. I went from 145 to 165. Not all of it was muscle but my abs were still very visible. I stopped because I couldn't keep spending that much money on food. I also didn't like planning my day around my meals so I wouldn't miss one. If you can swing it though, I highly recommend it for a mass phase.
