If you have lordosis try this technique to fix your posture.
Put your thumb and forefinger right under your sternum(very top ab). Now, flex your abs. Next, pinch your thumb and forefinger together and at the same time pull your abs together(towards the center).
By squeezing your abs towards each other your lower back flushes out. Now, try to hold that throughout the day to fix your posture.
