Just take the Oatmeal (regular) and put it in a food processor and turn it into a powder. I mix this straight with the Grow!. I can't handle eating cooked oatmeal either but I have been dong this for a few months and now Im averaging 1- 1 1/2 cups per day.
2 scoops Grow!, 1/2-1 cup powdered oatmeal, glutamine, 2 tblsp. flax oil, 1 tblsp. olive oil, 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt, mixed berries and ice in a blender is my favorite way to start the day.
