Consider checking Gene Devine’s NO stack over on excelmale. Making sure you have enough building blocks for NO coming in may be part of your issues.
You can make it daily and keep pretty steady levels by taking the 20mg pills 2x a day or even 3x.
People taking it for pulmonary hypertension do just that. It’s called revatio.
I’ve been taking 5 mg cialis every evening. And take 20mg in the am of Viagra as a standard.
BUT
Sometimes I take 10mg cialis at night or take the 20mg Viagra with the 5 cialis at night.
The cialis is enough but I like to play. And the Viagra erection is harder.

Yah I feel it a little, but it’s not the same 12 hours later as it was hour 2.
Vial is can have a steady blood level if doses daily. I think it’s 1.5 x dose.20 would be 30 in blood daily.
Am thinking the it’s that initial affect that gets you really hard. So with daily cialis you see steady and get reliable erections. So if I take 5 daily i can take 10 or 15 and get the rock hard erection.
Viagra seems that you get rock hard each time cause you don’t take it everyday and several times a day

Next time I see my urologist in Sept I’ll ask if I can try generic Viagra and Levitra to compare.
Lately been pretty good without taking anything at all - my girl even commented which felt great. That said there’s still times I like to have it around.
Also just started an AD for anxiety and I know that’s going to affect things a bit down there.
@dextermorgan I was considering a similar stack or at least using up my 6 months of excess T cyp once the gym reopens to get my muscle composition back, but finding that high of levels makes me too short tempered. Working alright for you though?

Generic Levitra is still $25-30/pill so that’s a no go.
thats a tough one man. If you are still not finding relief something else is the problem. I am convinced that the reason cialis stopped working is because my TRT is not dialed in. I just lowered my dose today because I feel too anxious and I am not sleeping well. I am hoping that alleviates the issue.
I am also aware that my situation may be psychological. I seem to be obsessing over this which is not helping.
