I tried it after doing 3 sets of 12 jump squats with 10 lb ankle weights on each leg. (covers whole leg up to knee lol) and didn’t fall on ass even though I did an intense session. I was too worn out to do proper form on twister…just thought I’d incorporate if you guys saw benefits. Also, when you change up your routine to lifting more and cardio less. I usually do intervals on sole elliptical. How long does it take your body to adapt?
