Harmstring Pull, Training Around Injury


Yesterday I injured myself during RDL’s. The diagnosis is : harmstring pull, 4 weeks break in terms of leg training. That really pisses me off, since I made really good progress the last few weeks when it comes to squats especially. I am going to lose a lot of strength probably, however there is not much I can do unfortunately.

I have been traning Push/Pull/legs off repeat and want to keep that frequency. The question is, how should I set it up ? Do you guys have any good ideas ? Basically I still want a 3 day split trained 3 on 1 off, but without legs for 4 weeks or so, until I can hopefully dive back in with my leg training.
