Managed an hour and a half lift today as the hurricane passed and winds were down to 25 mph.

Thanks Crippler and I’m paying for it yesterday and today. Considering I waked roughly 14 miles yesterday and 13 miles after lifting I’m glad to still be moving.

Had a nice lift today and temps here have cooled off to a high only in the mid-80s so it’s nice.

I’m whooped.

Walked over 14 miles yesterday and that combined with everything else had me a bit worn out today but i had to lift because tomorrow my schedule is packed. I have only walked six miles today but my fatigue put me at a disadvantage for lifting this evening.
