My Deads were weak today most likely due to not having done them in a while. Trap bar Deads are not the same animal. On to the next one.

Heat is starting to break so that’ll help.

Happy Labor Day to all. I had a nice lift today and I am getting more accustomed to a mere 200 lbs bodyweight. With some good fortune I hope to get back up to 220 lbs this winter.

Yeah gaining weight in the winter almost seems like a default. I swear the hibernation instinct is a thing.

Been eating a lot of ice cream but I can’t seem to put on a pound.

Lifting was very blah today but it felt good to move weight. Can’t seem to gain an ounce over 200 lbs yet there is still hope an extra hoagie or two may help.

OG and Biker thank you for your support. I always feel there is more I can do or do better. I’m battling to finish my next book for Halloween. It’s my dream to write for a living and give my family every thing they need. I constantly search for the time and impetus to kick more ass. Forgot to put my lift last Friday but I managed a 23 minute lift today between jobs.
