This lifting went smoothly but my legs are very overworked from Costco(pulling loads and loads of carts in the parking lot). My cardio is great though. I want my squat back up. I am working on it but having recently lost 20 pounds fairly quickly the going is tough. Time to keep on keeping on.

During a tropical summer where you’ve already sweated away 20 lbs, squatting 435 is good, great for lesser mortals. 600s, 700s will return in better weather.
