Biker thanks for asking. I have recovered. The meds and time off lifting have taken a bite out of my strength but I began building back today.
I had 20 minutes to lift and it was 105 degrees but lifting went well for the first day back.

Biker you gotta love the ease of no waiting for equipment or dealing with crappy music and dumb asses commenting and getting in the way of lifting.

Tuesday I was swarmed with bugs and stung twice by wasps while trimming a mango tree and I woke up the next morning with a swollen face for the second time in a month. So I went to the doctor on Wednesday and he put me on another round of prednisone for the inflamation and ceritizine for the extreme itching and rashes on my body. Lots of fun. Working today in the 103 degree heat was a blast! So, I rested up and lifted tonight because there is no way I’m taking off more lifting time.

Well, my bodyweight was at 199 1/2 this morning which is 20 pounds lighter than I weighed for my last contest on April 16. If I can’t gain any weight I guess I’ll be lifting in the 198 lbs category for my next contest. The sun and meds had really knocked the stuffing out of me.

We are going to have to send you a rabbit, one foot might not be enough. Hope it clears up soon. You are some kind of tough. Damn!

GV- bummer but so impressive you deny the wasps and continue to lift , big numbers I might add… Have you ever thought of trying a product like coolshirt.com. I haven’t tried them or know very much about them but this or something similar might be worth looking into. Just a thought.

Was able to get in a short lift after losing a couple pounds of water at work today. Lifting turned out to be disappointing because I was worn out.
