Holy crap. That’s a lot of work for 30 minutes.

I was thinking the same thing.

Thanks y’all sometimes I feel like all my work is undoing my strength and training. I’m trying to do all I can to get in whatever lifting possible.

I had a half hour before my resistance/cardio shift at Costco today so I lifted.

So I am down to 208 lbs which is an 11 pound loss since my last meet in April. The weight has been melting off me mostly due to long work hours and cardio in the sun. Last couple of work days have been a humid 100 degrees. It’s hard to eat enough but I’m working on it.

Wow! You are one tough dude. 100 degrees and humid, you are probably lucky you have only lost 11 pounds, 11 pounds of sweat! Be careful.

You are working out double with work and training. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Thanks Crippler, I’ve been drinking close to 2 gallons of water a day. I hope I will have the chance to work inside again soon.Chickenlittle-if I could gain a few pounds of muscle the next couple months I’d be very grateful.

Crippler’s right. You are working out double with work and training.

Nobody north of Interstate l0 can relate to your humidity; those snowbirds migrate for a reason.

Biker, it was so humid today, 100 degrees with no sun. My perspiration was pouring off me like someone opened up a spigot during lifting. I had a half hour to heft and it went like this:

Very intense and fast work. Now it’s time to recover.

Keep concentrating on your water intake.

Wow the sexiness of the visual almost caused me to overlook…

Holy sheepshit! Nice skwat!

GV, that is an insane regimen you’re keeping. Nothing but respect.

X2 on what LS said… much respect

Thank you for the respect but I can say I am getting my ass kicked. It’s all good for the soul.

98 degree heat today baked me doing both jobs. Fun!

If that is what you call fun, I don’t think I want to party with you. /sarc

Bet it makes you tough as nails, though.

LittleStrick, the fun is loving the hurt.
On another note I am in shock at the shootings and murders here in my home town. I know the area well and I used to work very close to the club where the massacre happened. I am disgusted with the extremist in this world. It makes me very angry that this can happen and has happened here.

Prayers for your town GV. Law enforcement in the area have an incredible job in front of them.

Thanks Crippler. The incredible stress those law enforcement and other first responders are experiencing must be overwhelming.

It was 105 degrees in the heat today and I was zapped, and drained of energy and strength. So, after lawn work I lifted.
