Haven’t been posting recently because I have been dealing with a bad cold the last 3 days and working two jobs amongst other busy life had me not being able to lift until today since Monday. It was another short intense lifting I had to fit between lawn work and Costco.

Pull Ups:

Satisfying but I have to get more frequency in and I am going to start my 200 push ups a day to bolster my bench .

Life seems pretty hectic for you my friend. Hope you are feeling better and that you and you family are doing well.

Is that 200 push-ups a day, every day? I can’t imagine pressing after doing that. Or trying 200 push-ups after pressing.

Hope life settles down a little for you…

Haven’t started the pushups yet but I will get motivated in a moment. Thanks Dave and LittleStrick, things could be crazy busy for a while.

Yesterday I managed to get in some lifting between jobs.

Forgot to do my standing crunches because I was in such a rush to finish and run off to the shower then to Costco for my next shift.

I think it’s amazing all the training you get in with such a physical job on top of it. You are to be commended!

Felt weak today on bench but then came back to have a great day with OHP, kinda weird.

Yeah Crippler the challenge is fun. Right now I’m battling not losing strength due to infrequency of lifting and the incredible amount of activity increase due to work at Costco. Currently I am working the parking lot area which means I’m pushing around loads of carts and walking almost constantly for 6 to 8 hours per shift. My body is taking a beating and my legs especially are being taxed. One big challenge right now is to increase my calories in a healthy way. Therapy after work, before work, and any time I can is crucial.
Today I lifted before work.

My legs and back were protesting at the 500 due to fatigue from work but I got it up. Would have like to have more for my CG Bench but I was satisfied all things considered.

Biker thanks, I always make my best effort for time with my wife and children. Today I was able to do a very intense, fast lifting before my shift at Costco and then tonight I was entertained by my kindergartener’s play at her school.
I started doing my push ups every day but I haven’t worked up to 200 just yet.

2 x 25(on incline handles)

Been thinking of going back to doing push ups. There was a time in the military I thought that was going to be my speciality. Are the incline handles those rings with straps that are hanging from a pull up bar or other such?

Harry, the handles are just raised off the floor and at an angle to make the push ups a bit harder like an incline press.

Managed a short intense lifting today. Work has really been killing my legs and lower back but I gave it my best
