Crippler the three finger deadlifts are a challenge. Your grip strength will improve and I think it makes me concentrate more on my dead form due to making the most out of the lift. Paying close attention to form for the finger deads is a must because lifting a lot with just a couple fingers or a few fingers is so much harder than the whole hand.
This week since Monday has been very nerve wracking: The neighbor, my daughter had a horrible stomach thing, and my wife and I have been dealing with the home insurance and mortgage oppressors. My wife was out of town and I was in charge of the girls for a couple of days along with dealing with everything else but today I finally got to lift. I think if I didn’t get to lift today I might have burst into a flame of frustration.
