Hard Body Training, After 9 Weeks?

Hey CT.

If 9 weeks of training ain't enough to get you stage ready, where does one go from there? Start over with your new max weight? For example, let's say that i need 24 weeks of training to get in shape.

The hard body plan is not a pre-competition plan per se. When I work with someone who plans on doing a show we normally do at least a 20 weeks pre-competition period. In a 20 weeks plan the Hard Body program would be about from week 9 to week 17 as the last 2 weeks are a bit different and are used to prepare the body to peak.

So technically you could run the cycle twice and then the last 2-3 weeks would be the peaking procedure.
