I like Over 35 too much to stay away for long.
Anyway...still looking for my first full meet total. Started the march today.
- Olympic ass to floor squats: built up from bar to 300lbs for about 5 sets of triples. My hamstrings were literally hitting my calves on these. I bombed out of my last meet because I did not "just squat"...I beat myself mentally. Need to work on that and just "let go" before I descend next time in competition.
