i set three new personal records in the past few days…

75’s on incline dumbells for 2!
220 flat bench for 2!
325 squat for 4!

i am just happy later.

Nice progress. You’re coming along just fine for the amount of time you’ve been trianing. Keep us posted on your progress.

i remember the first time i picked up a weight (not worked out) in gym class sept 2001. it was just fun shits and giggles. i benched 95 pounds twice. this feels good.
