Hanging Leg Raises Alternative Exercises

Anyone have one/some?

My back cracks when I do this and I dont like it, but I want the benefit of this exercise.


jackknives, 6 inches (legs straight, feet together, raise your feet 6 in, then move then apart still in the air as wide as you comfortably can, return, bring back down, you’ve done 1 rep, do each rep very slowly), reverse crunch, hands to feet swiss ball. Bikecycle crunch thingy (harder to do on a bench).
