give me some feed back on some high hang cleans. the hang cleans are with 52kg and are from a few weeks ago. the 2 single high hang cleans are from today with 60kg.
***note: i am not normally scheduled to work out today since i did box jumps and death marches yesterday but tomorrow is passover. my hamstrings were pretty fried.
clearly form is not perfect. i’m working on the dirty dancing drill every day. not sure what cues i need to be working on, even though i can tell this isn’t quite correct. I want to have my high hang perfect before i start from the hang.
