I have upload 2 vids, one of a 50kg, and one of 60kg. I would like someone just to check my form. I have no coaching exp, just would I have watch on countless tube vids. So any tips would be great
Get your elbows up higher on the catch!! They’re too low and you’ll end up hurting your wrists.
Otherwise, it’s a little hard to see with the lighting and tilting my head!!
