I’m a little confused by the description of the handstand pushups. should your chest be facing the wall or should your back?? Does it matter? peace
I don’t think it will make a difference. In the article I think they described it with your back to the wall but I did them with my stomach to the wall and they were still brutal. Just do them the way you prefer. Good luck.
I did them last night with my stomach to the wall and had to walk on my hands until I was close enough to the wall. My feet had to “walk” up the wall while I was doing them, which held me back. I will have to try them the other way next. I was going try having someone hold my legs too.
Back to the wall is recommended until you are able to do them easily. Stomach to the wall is actually harder.
