recently a start feeling aches and stiffness in my right hand that i couldn’t even close it, i didn’t get injury or do something strange, so i take some ibuprofen and diclofenac and rest and the problem disappear, but yesterday when i was i going to train i feel the same problem but with my left hand till the point i couldn’t train… what is this problem?
