Hand Position w/ Rear Delt Raise?

i am doing the bent over rear delt raise and was wondering about the position of the db at the end of the movement. starting this movement my palms are facing each other. going up, do i keep that same position of the palms or do i slowly turn the palms so that at the end of the movement my palms are facing not down but behind me?

Do it in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. Personally I like to keep my palms facing away from me the whole time.

Palm facing away/thumbs up (like a curl): emphasis on lower traps (good rehab tool);

Palm facing each other (like on hammer curl): overall delt with sligth emphasis on rear delt;

Palm facing your knees (like on reverse curl): biggest focus on rear delts
