Hamstrings Pumping Up During Sprints

just a question if this is normal when sprinting.

i started sprinting a month ago and after my sprint(use it as HIIT) session, only my quads would pump up.

now, while i sprint, my hamstrings pump up (like the pump in doing curls) and my glutes and abs are sore the day after.

my question is, are the hamstrings supposed to pump up DURING the sprint.

You’ve switched from being a push runner to being a pull runner.
This is a good thing.
Don’t worry about it.
