I’d appreciate some thoughts on exercises and training techniques following a hamstring strain. Let’s assume that proper stretching is already being done and that the ham to quad ratio (when healthy) was alreday 60-70%. Any thoughts on specific exercises would be great. Thanks in advance for your help.
My two favorites are glute ham raises and reverse hypers. Try to get that ratio closer to one to one.
i have to agree with the IronDoc. I also use some tubing resistance in a type of straight-leg pulldown. I hope to assist. In faith, Coach Davies
