I have a question about hamstring mobility, that's a bit hard to describe so bare with me.
Stand up. Now on one leg, try to pull ur other leg up and behind you toward ur butt with just your hamstring.
How far can you go? I can only go just above parallel of the floor.
Is there something wrong? Are my hamstrings super weak, it burns when I try and bring it up any further, or is it simply a mobility thing.
