Anyone have experience with a hamstring injury or know what this might be? I was doing deadlifts and heard a pop sound on the back of my leg. I didn’t really hurt and still does not hurt, it just feels like a bad cramp that won’t go away or is getting worse. Its awkward to walk at the moment and stairs are difficult. Definitely something wrong but I don’t get injured often and this is a new one to me, in the past its just been lower back issues. Sitting feels fine almost like nothing happened.
