Hamstring help from coach davies

I am 17 years old and have grown a great deal in the past few years. Because of this, my hamstrings are very tight. This directly affects my running as well as most activites that involve the lower body. I have heard that this is a fairly common problem for highschool athletes that experience rapid growth and hoped that you, Coach Davies, or any of the other t-men could provide stretches, lifts, or supplements that would help me.
