Hhow would you go about implementing DE and ME day in the following schedule of a hammer thrower?
hammer with high intensity light ball throw + weights
low intensity hammer drills (turns)
hammer throw with high intensity throws heavy & regular ball + weights
thursday same as tuesday
friday same as monday
Not being able to workout on weekends day makes it difficult to keep the 72h between DE and ME day while getting 3 weight sessions a week.What would be your take on it?
