i do pushups, pullups and dips everyday. im gonna start using my dumbells and barbells too more often before i start going to the gym in a month or so.
however pullups and dips are very challenging for me, which is good. would i get more benefits from doing only pullups and dips as bodyweight exercises and taking away pushups?
for example i always do 3 sets of pushups, 3 sets of pullups and 3 sets of dips.
would it be better in terms of strength gains and muscle gain if i did 6 sets of pullups, 6 sets of dips and then did weights after. that way i wouldnt tire myself with the pushups??what do you guys think?i can do 50 pushups max.
