would this be fine to take? im 16…ive seen some people use it that were 17 and packed about 20 pounds on in 9 weeks
btw im 5ft4 175 pounds to, kinda hitting a plateau with weight gain right now.strength is going up like crazy though…
i just need to get bigger if anyone says up my cals or something
i have, 3 thousand calories more i went from 4k to 7k a day for the last 2 weeks and nothing. i actually lost 3 pounds
im also going broke from eating that much i spend like 20 dollars a day on random food from stores to get my cals up that high
