after first week i havent noticed a whole lot in strength or size. getting a little bit bigger. i also changed my diet and take in between 150 to 200 grams of protein a day a about 3500 calories. i have had good workouts though. my energy levels are up and my pumps are pretty good. i stay in the gym almost 2 hrs. im working out a little to hard though and thats never a good thing on your muscles. friday i will be doing chest and triceps and should notice strength gains then if there is any. my muscles do feel pretty tight throughout the day witch is good.
