57 year old, getting back into lifting. I live on 9th floor in an apt and lift for fun, strength (and to fix imbalances). If I'll probably never lift anything that I can't do 10 reps with is a half rack good enough?
I have an olympic bar and do the usual multi-joint exercises e.g. squat, good morning, DLs, inverted row (when I get stronger), etc.
