Had Mono, Need to Kick Start Training

Had mono, I was down and out for 6-8 weeks with no training, poor nutrition.

So I have lost muscle, looking soft. I know once I get back at it, should get some decent rebound gains in strength and muscle.

I was thinking of just keeping it simple, either upper lower body days, doing the basics, squat bench dead, overhead rows, chins etc. Little bit of assistance work just to get back into the groove of things.

Before injury
bench 300, squat 405 dead 495 at 6`1 210-220 And I would say I am hovering around 200-215 right now but a lot softer.

But if anyone has any insights on a good program to recharge it would be appreciated.
