Had a great leg workout yesterday.....payin for it today

i just wanted to share with u guys my workout yesterday…
AM: 10 sets of deadlifts (using pavel’s bear method) 3 sets of hi-woodchops and then 6 sets weighted crunches

PM: 10 sets of squat (ass to grass usin pavel’s) then leg press and leg curls (poloquin’s 5x5)

my lower back is so shot it hards to move…did i learn my lesson, nope, i look forward to doin it again maybe have three sessions deadlifts, squat, power clean, usin Bear again…what do u think?
