I had an intense GPP session tonight. Quick like too. Strength sled drags for 10 minutes and wheelbarrow stroll for 15 minutes. Good news too! Got 2 tires now for my friend and I to do sledgehammer GPP. Should be starting soon. This is great. I wonder if the sledge will be more fun then the barrow.
I’m guessing that “yes” it will be. It will tap less into your “blue collar” instincts and into your Warrior instincts.
