Hackenschmidt and His Badassitude

So I just finished my 3 week cycle of Rack Pulls and I’m wondering what I should choose as my next lower body ME move for the next 3 weeks. I know you’re supposed to go 3 weeks with a squat exercise then 3 weeks with a deadlift exercise.

So is the Barbell Hack Squat more of a Squat or a Deadlift?
