I have had gyno in some years now, and I wonder if it’s possible to see if it’s just fat or gland.
I’m going to cut away a lot of fat now just to see if it Will go away.
But would any of you be able to see what kind of gyno it is ? From pics.
If it’s gland it will look even worse with a lower fat percentage i think.
There is only one kind of gyno, so the question is a little puzzling. If you lose fat and it goes away then it wasn’t gyno, it was, you know, fat. Being a male with fat breasts isn’t gyno, it’s just a side effect of obesity. If you’re not obese and you have enlarged breasts then it’s gyno, which is growth of actual tissue.
I’m not totally sure it’s not just man boobs. I got a little fat after an operation in my leg some years ago, couldn’t walk in weeks but I kept eating the same amount of calories 
At that time a had just ended my last cykle of test.
