So I had pubertal gyno surgery 5 weeks ago but only got the gland removed and not fat since it was covered by public medical care in Italy! In the last visit the plastic surgeon said I can go back to lift, everything like normal cause it healed perfectly! but I feel like my right side is more “swollen” than my left side… nipples are flat but maybe fat is more on one side or maybe that side needs more time… anyway should I expect improvement in the next weeks or what?he said it looks normal to him but its clearly its not!
Ps. Im maybe like max 20% bodyfat so nothing extreme
