Hi folks long time reader first time poster.
I’m getting gyno surgery soon and I was wondering what compounds I could use to speed my recovery and reduce inflammation. So far this is the protocol I thought of
Curcumin 1g/day
Fish Oil 15 g/day
CLA 5 g/day
Any comments or thoughts? I’ll be forbidden from using anything after the first week and of course I can’t lift for 4 weeks or more.
