So ive had gyno surgery (pubertal) a year ago and since it was covered by national medical assurance they only removed the gland… now im left with one side bigger than the other (probably fat) but the surgeon more than once told me it looks good and there’s no imbalance between the two sides… is it possible to solve it by getting shredded (assuming its fat) and lose all the fat from my chest or it would still need surgical treatment??
