Can anyone please remind me sensible tamaoxifen dose?

10-20mg/ED is the range you can start with. Since you have not provided context as to why, keep in mind the rapid changing of hormones can temporarily cause these symptoms. Often times they self resolve.

No idea why ivgrt them sometimes. Been a while since Ive had one.

Thanks. Ill do 10mg a day for a few weeks and let it settle.
