I am living in Phoenix, Arizona and I need a gym where I can use chalk, chains, and dumbells that go over 100lbs. I go to a damn fitness club and the place is a nightmare.

Have patience and you shall be really happy. However, in the mean time you can always go to Thornbecks at Curry and Miller. But they have werid hrs. They allow chalk 
Not sure how heavy the dumbbells go. Definitly a fun place to visit, like stepping back in time.
