I'm going to be in Indianapolis for the next week for meetings. I'm looking for a good gym so I don't miss any workouts. I'm staying at the Adams Mark out by the airport. It says on their website that they have a "health club" but no other info. I really don't want to have to workout on just machines and cardio equipment (not that there's anything wrong with that....). I'm looking for a good gym with free weights. Anyone from Indianapolis have any input/guidance?
