Gym Etiquette

I don’t mind people grunting in the gym, however last week I was treated to the sight and sound of some (pretty big) lad grunting WHILE SPOTTING his extremely weak friend.

Here’s some more gym etiquette. Don’t snicker at me if im growling or grunting on my last few reps during my working sets, especially when Im over 400 lbs squatting or deadlifting. This especially pertains to chubby gym girls, old men, or weak gym rats who don’t understand the first fucking thing about intensity.

If you’re completing your working set without making so much as a squeek you aren’t working hard enough. It really makes me question what kind of gyms some people train at if grunting bothers them. Wear a headset, wear a hat if you’re so easily distracted and worry about yourself.

I use my iPhone to log my workouts. I’m sure people think I’m a douche for texting during a workout

No they just think you’re a douche for flaunting your iPhone.
