Guys, my gym is closing for renovations for 1 one week. Right now I am doing the carb cycling program and trying to bulk. What can I do for a semi-drastic one week cut without loosing muscle and killing my high metabolism? Just lower carb meal down to one and up the fats at night to make up for that calorie deficit? Or just tweak my numbers down 10% from maintaining level and kill the cardio? I’m just worried about loosing muscle in any case. Thanks!
