Hi guys! been reading the posts for a while now, verry informative! I’m finishing off a 4 wk. german volume training (verry intensive, physically demanding, mentally draining)I’ve been a real ass all month, sleep and bitch according to my wife, but man, great results! I was able to increase the weight by 10% every wk, every exercise. i also am following the massive eating plan, gained about 8 pounds in the last month and still in the same notch on my belt. I’d like to know whatkind of exercise program to follow gvt with, high reps (endurance), low reps (strenght) or hypertrophy. I do not want to overtrain and get sick. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
