Could someone please tell me the what rest periods a person should take in between sets for GVT and if the exercises are set up as A1 A2.
Take 60 seconds between all sets. Do A-1, rest 60 seconds, then do A-2. Rest 60 seconds, then repeat for desired # of sets.
Oh–Do straight sets. That means do A-1. Then after those exercise sets, do A-2. But keep rest to 60 seconds between all sets.
90 seconds, if you use any other movements (for 2-4 sets) just rest a minute in between.
